Budget Homelab has no manufacturer affiliation. Hardware and software recommendations are grounded in research, published benchmarks, and community feedback, and the homelab itself is real: the actual two-node Proxmox setup and every service running on it is cataloged on the Stack page. We say when something isn't worth the money. We point to cheaper alternatives when they exist. That independence is what makes the site useful, and what makes working with us worth your time.
