The Actual Stack Kit

The configs behind this homelab, cleaned up so you can run them too.

This is the stack I actually run. Every secret, hostname and internal IP has been swapped for a placeholder. What's left is the real shape of it: compose files, systemd units, env templates and the patterns that tie them together. Each bundle gets you from nothing to running and locked down for one service.

Who it's for

You have a box and a few containers

Start with DNS and the reverse proxy. Names and HTTPS instead of IPs and ports is the change you'll feel first.

You've followed tutorials and want a whole stack

The bundles share one set of conventions, so the pieces fit together instead of fighting each other.

You want alerts before things break

The observability bundle ships Prometheus, Grafana and Alertmanager wired to ntfy, with disk-space rules ready to go.

The fine print

Personal license: use it on as many of your own machines as you like, change anything, keep your copies. Don't resell or repost it. It's provided as-is, so take backups before you change anything. Bring your own hardware. The kit assumes a Linux host and a domain you control. See everything I run on the stack page.
